I see a "wrong password" error message when trying to connect my Blossom to my Wi-Fi network.
Ensure that you are entering the correct password. Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Be sure to enter any numbers and special characters your password may have.
Check and see if any of your other devices can connect to your Wi-Fi network. Disconnect some other device that you use with your home Wi-Fi network and delete the network from its memory. Reconnect the device to Wi-Fi. This should require you to enter the Wi-Fi password to connect this device. If the device is unable to connect, you may be entering the incorrect password, or you may have problems with your network. Contact your router manufacturer or internet service provider. If the device is able to connect, try entering the same password in the Blossom app, exactly as you entered it on this device.
