There is something wrong with your device settings or firmware.
There are several steps you can try. If any of them work, you can stop there.
- try power cycling (unplug unit, wait 30 seconds, and plug back in).
- Reset the device. With the device powered, remove Controller from bracket, and use pin or paperclip to hold down button behind hole for more than 15 seconds, then release. After the device reboots, it will need to be set up again with new WiFi credentials (if the user was using WiFi) and entering the pairing code again.
- Your firmware may be somehow damaged. Pleae Contact Blossom Support to have a technician step you through a process to recover a safe working firmware from the device.
